Forum Overview

The Luxury Portfolio Affluence Forum is an exclusive event where you’ll have the opportunity to network with your peers from across the country and get access to the latest trends and information about the affluent consumer through engaging speakers, panels, case studies and more. You will leave this event empowered and better positioned to train your agents on leveraging LPI as they work with high-end homebuyers and sellers.

The Affluence Forum is open to all company staff involved with luxury properties, including brokers, marketing, relocation, etc. It is also valuable for sales managers with offices in affluent communities. This forum is only open to current members of Luxury Portfolio International®.

The Affluence Forum is not available to sales associates.

NEW! Following this year’s Affluence Forum, LPI will be hosting its inaugural LPI Regional Agent Forum on Wednesday, August 14 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Denver. You must be from an LPI member company to attend. This event is designed for regional agents but is open to all positions and all locations. Stephanie Anton is the President, Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI). She has been with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® since 2005 and today oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Luxury Portfolio International, the companies high-end marketing division. She frequently speaks to audiences around the world about the luxury industry at large, real estate marketing, and research and insights into the affluent consumer. She has been named to the Inman 101 list of innovative leaders driving industry change, the Swanepoel Power 200 list of most influential real estate professionals and Luxury Daily's prestigious ranking of Luxury Women to Watch 2017, a select list of 25 accomplished executives set to make a difference in luxury.

As the Senior Manager, Marketing Services for Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI), Michelle Walsh oversees the luxury marketing team, leads ongoing strategic initiatives and spearheads new product developments.

 

Prior to joining LPI, Michelle worked in marketing and creative services supporting the technology industry in Illinois, as well as in publishing in the greater Washington D.C. area. Michelle currently resides in Chicago with her husband and two cats.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of your registration is available through Thursday, July 11, 2019. Refunds for cancellations made between Friday,  July 12, 2019 and Tuesday, July 30, 2019, will be charged a $100 administrative fee. No refunds for registration fees will be given beginning Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

Registered attendees may modify or cancel their registration online, using their confirmation number and email address.

Substitution Policy

A $50.00 fee will apply to any registration name substitutions made after Thursday, July 11, 2019. All requests for substitutions must be received in writing to Events@LeadingRE.com.

Airport Transportation

The Brown Palace Hotel is located approximately 22 miles from the Denver International Airport. Taxi fares are estimated at $57 each way.
